This Privacy Policy describes how Solitaire Zero handles Your information when You use the Application.

Solitaire Zero is a standalone Klondike Solitaire game. It does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. The Application runs entirely on Your device. There are no servers, no accounts, no advertising, and no network communication initiated by the Application.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Application refers to Solitaire Zero, the software program provided by the Developer.
Developer (referred to as either "the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Ryan Saunders, an independent developer based in Ontario, Canada.
Country refers to: Ontario, Canada.
Device means any device that can run the Application, such as an iPhone or iPad.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
You means the individual using the Application.

Data We Do Not Collect

Solitaire Zero does not collect Personal Data. Specifically, the Application does not collect or transmit:

Your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier.
Your IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or location.
Usage analytics, crash telemetry, or behavioural data.
Your game state, statistics, or any record of Your play sessions.

There are no user accounts. There are no in-app purchases. There are no advertisements. There are no third-party SDKs or analytics services embedded in the Application. The Apple Privacy Nutrition Label submitted with this app declares zero data collection.

Data Stored on Your Device

Solitaire Zero uses SwiftData to store Your in-progress game and statistics locally on Your Device. A small amount of preference information is stored in the system UserDefaults store (for example, Your theme selection and whether performance mode is enabled). This data never leaves Your Device.

Third Parties

Solitaire Zero does not share data with third parties, because it does not collect any data to share. There are no advertising networks, analytics providers, marketing partners, affiliates, or service providers handling data on the Developer's behalf.

Deleting Your Data

Because all data is stored on Your Device, You are in control of it. To delete Your game state and statistics, delete the Application from Your Device. The Developer cannot delete data on Your behalf, because the Developer does not have access to it.

Children's Privacy

Solitaire Zero is suitable for general audiences and does not collect data from anyone, including children. Because no Personal Data is collected, no data is collected from anyone under the age of 13.

Security

Data stored on Your Device is protected by the standard iOS and iPadOS security model, including device encryption when Your Device is locked with a passcode. The Application does not introduce any additional transmission paths, because it does not transmit data.

Links to Other Websites

The Application and its supporting website may contain links to websites that are not operated by the Developer. The Developer has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third party sites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
